Recently swapped my dogs onto this food, after looking into it & it is as good quality and cheaper then AVA which we used to get from Pets at home. Dogs still scoff it down, so far so good.
Dog approves
Dog enjoys this, but her farts are bloody awful 𤢠constant has wind that smells like death! I’ve switched her from wet meat to biscuits and I’ve never smelled something so bad in my life. Il continue to suffer the smell as she enjoys them, and it works out cheaper than buying wet meat weekly. I’m hoping she doesn’t get an allergic reaction like other comments have says, as she had a different flavour last bag but was not in stock. Fingers crossed ð¤
Our dogs LOVE it
Weâve got two very fussy dogs who, up until now, flat out refused to eat any dry dog food at all. We tried many different brands without any luck, but they absolutely LOVE this! They get so excited for meal times! Before this our springer spaniel would skip meals but she now paces around and cries with excitement and anticipation. So glad we discovered it, they are happier and we are better off ð
Reseal and Random products
Really surprised more people are not complaining about the packaging. The reseal strip is in a ridiculous location a third of the way down where it’s too wide to work properly.
The other thing is, searching through the flavour options it switched to giant breed dog food without me noticing and now my terrier has massive chunks of food to get through as it won’t allow returns.
Either way the dogs seem to like it.
Changed brand again -this is excellent
Quality dog food and our two greyhounds love it. No stomach problems at all. Good pricing, it looks like the Wolf of Wilderness brand we used to buy out in Italy, so not sure if this is a UK version. All good and would recommend for fussy eaters.
Good god, the smell which makes cities fall.
Whilst my dog seems to somewhat enjoy this kibble, the rancid odours he procudes after consuming this are literally indescribable…but I will so my best.
Acrid, sulphurous, lingering, yellow, stinging devil hell farts. Imagine warming up some rotten egg, green faecal matter and a putrid old haddock in a pan in your bed, then holding your head under the covers and giving yourself a mighty fine Dutch oven. That would be pleasant compared to the gaseous emissions coming from my pooch’s southern cavities.
My wallpaper is peeling. I’m constantly checking if someone is chopping onions. The police have visited on no less than 7 occasions and I’m now on a chemical terrorist watch list.
My dog spends the day running from his own foggy output; his step count would make an ultra marathoner proud. His expression flips between offended, impressed and nauseous, whilst I just witness his gassy work in abject horror.
My local city have implemented air quality improvement measures, and I’m sure the traffic is not to blame. We’ve not had a cold caller, Jehovah Witness, or a family member call by since we broke the seal (and since our dog broke his).
Several environment agencies have started tracking our household methane emissions, and apparently we are only marginally behind the global cattle output. We are now on greenpeace’s mission statement to conquer.
So, on the whole, perhaps not one I’d recommend to those nasally inclined.
