Very satisfied with my purchase and our Grayhound absolutely loves it and soon as we get a can of Butchers Tripe mix out of the cupboard you can see a very excited dog who looks forward to his dinner every single day, excellent quality and service and also value for money, Highly recommend, A++++
A good quality product but the careless handling by deliverer is not acceptable.
A good product, but I have been disappointed with the condition in which it arrived. Every delivery contained some badly dented tins. Your deliverers need to start handling with more care if I am to continue buying from you.
Very poor value for money
I ordered from this company and received 24 cans of food and thought I was getting 48 on a bulk buy. The cost was £45 over £10 per pack of 6. Nearly twice the price of any local food store. Really poor value for money and not able to return
Delivery arrived quickly but packaging badly damaged
Although the number of tins in the shipment was as expected, the tins were mostly dented as the cardboard box was in shreds.

Not the correct butchers as described I wanted original and this come with chicken flavour which my dogs canât eat it so very disappointed ð
